For this recipe, you will need 4 large eggs and 250 grams of dark chocolate. First, separate the yolks from the egg whites. Each of them put it in a separate bowl. Then, melt the chocolate in a bowl. Add one yolk at a time in the chocolate, and stir continuously. Once, you mixed the yolks in the chocolate, whip the egg whites. Gradually, add the whipped egg whites into the mixture and stir. You should get a nice smooth texture. Then, pour the mixture into a pan and bake it on 170 degrees Celsius (325 F) for about 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven let it cool down and sprinkle some coconut flakes. Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
