The Simplest Banana Cake Recipe
For starters, you will need these ingredients:
– 1 ½ cups oatmeal (finely cut)
– 4 medium bananas (ripe)
– 2 tsp baking soda
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup raisins or any other dry fruit of your choosing
– 1 cup coconut oil or olive oil
– A pinch of cinnamon powder
First, take a large bowl and add the eggs, bananas, and coconut oil. Then, turn your oven and preheat it to 180 degrees Celsius (350 F). Mix the ingredients by hand with a fork and then transfer them into a food processor and pulse. The mixture should be homogeneous and combined nicely.
Next, add your dry fruit in the mixture and stir the batter with a wooden spoon. In the end, add the baking soda, oats, and cinnamon. Stir the mixture once more.
