For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 3 small beets or 2 medium sized
- Squeezed juice of one and a half lemon
- One chickpea can
- Half a teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 5 garlic cloves
- 60 ml of olive oil
- 60 ml water
In a pot, pour the water and add the beetroots in it. Cook it for 40 minutes or until the beets soften. Once you’ve done that, wash the beets with cold water, peel and cut them into larger cubes. Put all the ingredients in a blender, pulse until you get a creamy texture.
