Healthy summer refreshment is a challenge for all of us. That’s why you should make these cool fruity treats that will surely delight you. All you need for these popsicles are ice cream sticks, kiwi, and dark chocolate.

Let’s begin.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • Half a cup of chopped dark chocolate
  • 3 peeled kiwis
  • One tablespoon of coconut oil
  • a few ice cream sticks

First, cut the kiwis into little thicker rounds. Then, make a little cut on each kiwi and in it place the ice cream sticks. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil on a double boiler set on low heat. Afterward, leave the chocolate to cool down to room temperature. In the end, dip each kiwi stick into the chocolate and place it on a pan lined with cooking paper.

When you’ve dipped all the popsicles in chocolate, put them for a few hours in the freezer, and that’s it. Remove them from the freezer and enjoy!

For this recipe, you can use other fruits as well (bananas, strawberries, peaches), but the kiwi seems the most interesting and most effective. Will you make them?
