Fat-Burning Protein Coconut Cookies – Method Of Preparation

Turn on the oven at 150°C and allow it to preheat.

In the meantime, chop the pumpkin seeds into small chunks and put them in a bowl. Scrape the vanilla bean and add it in the same bowl with the pumpkin seed. Then, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. If the mixture is too crumbly, you can add more honey. If you don’t want to exaggerate with the sweetness, you can add coconut oil instead of honey.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Make small balls of the cookie mixture and position them on the tray. Gently press each ball, to flatten a bit. The cookies should be at approximately 1 cm distance. From the mixture, you should get about 18 balls. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes.
