Homemade Orange Vinegar Cleaner
Cleaning your home with industrialized products is something that we all do on a daily basis. But, this does not mean that you cannot use natural products in your household. For example, orange peels and vinegar are a great combination to clean your home.
The orange vinegar cleaner is antibacterial and antiseptic, it is aromatic and gives a great shine. For the preparation, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- Orange peels
- Half a litter of apple cider vinegar
- A cinnamon stick
Take a few oranges and peel them. Use the flesh of the oranges to make juice.
Remove any traces of pulp from the peels. Then, place them in a glass jar and add the apple cider vinegar. Make sure that the vinegar tops the orange peels. Add the cinnamon stick and close the jar airtight.
Store the jar in a cold place for at least three weeks, allowing the solution to marinate.
During this time, the essential oils will detach from the orange peels and will leave their delicious aroma in the solution. The same goes for the cinnamon aroma.
Strain the solution, keeping only the liquid. Transfer it in a spray bottle.
