Homemade Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread Recipe
For the preparation of this delicious gluten-free bread, you’ll need the following ingredients:
– 1 cup of finely ground almond
– ½ cup of finely ground pumpkin seeds
– 1 cup of roasted pumpkin
– 1/3 cups of apple puree
– 1 tablespoon of canola oil
– 3 medium-sized eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 4 tablespoons of raw honey
– A pinch of nutmeg
– A pinch of Himalayan salt
– 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add the ground almond, pumpkin seeds, baking soda, Himalayan salt, nutmeg and pumpkin spice in a food processor, and pulse to combine. Then, add the honey, canola oil, eggs, pumpkin and apple puree, and pulse for another 2-3 minutes.
Take a bread loaf pan and grease it with canola oil. Add the batter and put it in the preheated oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the pumpkin bread gets a nice, golden brown color and perfectly textured crust. Put the bread on a plate and allow it to cool down. Enjoy!
