Pineapple Water For Joint Pain, Inflammation And Arthritis

Excessive intake of proteins (eggs, meat, dairy products) is not necessarily a good thing. You shouldn’t exaggerate in such diet, as protein-rich foods, consumed in large quantities, can trigger inflammation of the joints.

In addition to the aforementioned reasons, fatigue, exhaustion, immunity decline, hormonal and metabolic disorders, ligament injury and tendon strain tend to be the perfect basis for the development of joint pain and inflammation.

Pineapple Water For Joint Pain

The pineapple fruit has powerful anti-inflammatory properties due to its rich content of vitamin C and bromelain. These two ingredients have proven to be very effective in reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and treating rheumatoid arthritis.

Knowing this, we recommend you to try pineapple water as a natural remedy for joint pain and arthritis.

For the preparation of this remedy, you’ll need the following:

  • 2 liters of hot distilled water
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp. of fennel seeds

Wash the pineapple and remove the skin. Then, cut the flesh into chunks. Put them in a plastic container, filled with 2 liters of hot distilled water. (Alternatively, you can use glass jars, as we did). Once the water reaches room temperature, add the fennel seeds and leave it overnight.

In the morning, strain the liquid. Drink it throughout the entire day. Repeat the treatment on a daily basis, until it brings you pain relief.

Precaution: If you’re allergic to pineapple, don’t try this treatment.
