Homemade Strawberry –Yogurt Barks
For this recipe you will need:
- Greek yogurt
- One tablespoon of organic honey or 1 teaspoon of stevia (optional)
First, take a small square baking pan. Then, line the baking pan up with baking paper. Pour the yogurt into the bowl and add the honey or stevia. Mix the ingredients well so they combine nicely. Pour the yogurt into the baking pan and level it with the spatula. Sprinkle the strawberries (the amount of strawberries is up to your taste but we recommend one cup) on top and gently squeeze them with your fingers into the yogurt.
Put the pan in the freezer and leave it for at least 4 hours. Once the mixture completely freezes, take it off the freezer and start crashing the strawberry barks with your hands. You also use a knife if you want to form perfect squares.
Tip: In the yogurt mixture you can add some other fruit like banana, kiwi or cherries. You can also add chopped nuts or chocolate chips or pieces of dark chocolate.
