ACV, Ginger And Honey Switzel

Mix 2 tablespoons of grated ginger root, a quarter cup of raw ACV and 2 teaspoons of honey. Stir to combine. Add sparkling water, fresh mint leaves, and ice cubes. Enjoy!

Hawaiian ACV Drink

Mix 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root, the juice of 3 lemons, 2 tablespoons of ACV, and 2 teaspoons of raw honey. Stir to combine. Add coconut water. You can also add sliced starfruit. Enjoy!

Berry Shrub

What’s your favorite berry fruit? Mine are blackberries. Combine 1 cup of fresh or frozen blackberries, a quarter cup of maple syrup and 1 cup of ACV. Stir to combine. Refrigerate the drink for 3 days. Then, heat the liquid until the maple syrup melts. Allow it to cool down. Then, mash the fruits. Serve the drink with sparkling water. The amount of water you add depends on how diluted you want the berry shrub.

Sweetened ACV Elixir

Mix 1 cup of lukewarm water, half a cup of fresh apple juice, 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar, honey to taste, and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Mix to combine. Drink while still lukewarm.

Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

For the preparation of this recipe, you’ll need 350ml fresh apple juice, 120ml unfiltered ACV and 4 tablespoons gelatin. Heat the apple juice and apple cider vinegar over medium-high heat. Before the liquid starts boiling, as soon as bubbles appear, remove it from the stove. Gradually add the gelatin, one tbsp. at a time, while continuously stirring. Transfer into molds and refrigerate for about an hour. Enjoy!

ACV Salad Dressing

For the preparation of this recipe, you’ll need 2 garlic cloves (minced), a quarter cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed apple juice, 1 tbsp. raw honey, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper, to taste. Mix the ingredients to combine. Allow the salad dressing to marinate for about an hour. Serve it with leafy greens.
