Once you have obtained the wheatgrass, you can make wheat juice. You can make wheat juice by putting it into a juicer. In the market are available special juicers for wheatgrass, but you can use the one that you already have at home.

If you do not have a juicer, just put the wheat grass in the blender with a little water and pulse until you get the thick texture. Drink the liquid immediately while it’s still fresh.

Wheatgrass is a natural source of vitamins A, K, B6 and E, calcium, selenium, magnesium, iron, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and has a small amount of protein. It also contains vitamin B12, which is a by-product of microorganisms that live on it.
